The Site Manager has full accountability in managing the depot resource to include both drivers and vehicles to ensure that volume is delivered in line with budget. All Health and Safety KPI’s are achieved in line with business policy and procedure and legal compliance is maintained within our Operators License.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager you will provide tactical support to the business to ensure satisfactory performance of the OPA’s IT Infrastructure, resolving user’s issues, delivering improvements to the system, and contributing to the review of current systems and new technology/software as the business maintains and improves the IT infrastructure, to ensure it is fit for purpose and robust from cyber threats.The role will require the user to utilise their IT skills across a multi-sited organisation, dealing with up to 180 users at all levels within the organisation, from those with little IT knowledge in our Operations team, to Members of the Board.
