The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager with a strong process or mechanical engineering background to lead projects, develop our team, and drive high-quality engineering delivery.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing engineering activities from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest technical standards.
The role will require the user to utilise their IT skills across a multi-sited organisation, dealing with up to 180 users at all levels within the organisation, from those with little IT knowledge in our Operations team, to Members of the Board.
