px are now recruiting for a Shift Supervisor. The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the high standards of safe and efficient operations at the Terminal. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure the safe handling of all fuels and additives received, stored and distributed at the Terminal, in line with appropriate Safety Standards and legislation.

· Supervise the maintenance of plant and equipment ensuring Integrity Management (IM) standards are adhered to.

· Provide 24-hour 7 day service to maintain safe and efficient operation of all Logistics driver and contractor workforce ensuring Customer Focus priorities are not compromised.

· During the absence of the line manager the Shift Supervisor will be the competent person on site.

· Participate in Operational Site Meetings.

· Maintain Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
